Contrary to what people perceive, these medications have not serious side effects in liver or muscle and even it is seen that prescribe of these medications cause to increase in longevity. If while taking this medication, liver enzymes raised more than three times in compared to the normal range, the medication is temporarily interrupted and then lower dose of it will start. No adverse effect of liver is nor reported by these medications, but it is better to patient being examined in this regard before the start of taking these medications and the beginning month after taking it. The herbal medicines such as pills Anethum cannot substitute for these drugs.
